You might like to read a full review of the Phottix Cleon N8.

One of the Cleon N8's biggest benefits to me is this - I can now include myself in group photos.

No more running to and from the camera to activate the self-timer.

I have total freedom to take as many shots as I want and choose the best ones.

Because the Cleon operates on radio frequency, I can keep the remote out of sight, hidden in my pocket, behind mine or someone else's back, etc.

Here's an example taken recently - that's John Ishii on the left, Wesley Wong, and me in the orange shirt.

From looking at the pictures, you'd never know it was me triggering the camera.

Full range of Cleon models:
  1. C6 - for Canon XSi / 450D, XTi / 400D, XT / 350D
  2. C8 - for the Canon 40D, 1Ds Mark III, 1D Mark III, 5D, 1Ds / 1D series, 30D, 20D
  3. N6 - for the Nikon D70s, D80
  4. N8 - for the D300, D3, D200, D2Xs, D2X, F6

David,

I agree.

I found this site because of the Phottix Cleon, and I watched your great video. Thanks!

I also post occassionally on DPReview, more often on Nikonians.
