Is there any way of increasing the self-timer time past 10 seconds?
And is there a way of making continuous self timer photos with out pressing the shutter everytime?

Hugh, i think it's No to both your questions.

For your second question, you'd need to purchase the expensive Canon TC80N3 Timer Remote Control that lets you program the intervals in.

Or you could consider the Phottix Cleon - that lets you fire off shots without touching the shutter button on the camera, but doesn't have any intervalometer functionality built in.
